Dana, or Extra Styrian Dana as it is often known, is a Slovenian hop bred from Hallertau Magnum and a wild Slovenian male. A product of the Institute of Hop Research in Zalec, Solvenia, it is said to feature quality and harmonious bittering properties alongside a slightly floral and citrus flavor profile.
