New Zealand Goldings are said to have a subtle flavor and an enjoyable perfume with a nicely rounded bittering. It differs from the English Kent Golding in its delicate touch. In fresh beers, its flavor will only hold for about a month. Good traditional aroma hop used late in the boil or for dry hopping.
