Developed by the Slovenian Institute for Hop Research and Brewing, Styrian Wolf is one of the latest Styrian hops on the market. When brewed, expect intense fruity and floral notes. These include flavors of sweet tropical fruits and complex aromas of mango, elderflower and even a hint of violet.
Commercially, the variety is being experimented with a growing number of breweries around the world and is the sole hop in Italian Crak Brewery’s Styrian Wolf Session IPA.

Hey Pat, have you tried Alpine hops? http://alpinehops.com/ahops/Wolf.aspx They sell direct to USA brewers. Most home brew retailers seem to be out of stock. You may need to wait until the next harvest filters through!

I did an excellent hop forward IPA on this and Huell Melon a few years back. Best IPA I ever made.
Turned out tasting mango, pineapple and melon. Though I’d think a hopstand and some dry hopping in a keg would give the best result.
